This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between you and playtimeph governing your use of our platform, games, promotions, and services. Please read it carefully before registering or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use playtimeph. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law. Providing false age information will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one playtimeph account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed. Bonuses and winnings associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture without prior notice.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus abuse will result in account suspension.
All transactions on playtimeph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Withdrawals are processed to verified GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank accounts only. The account must be registered in the same name as your playtimeph account.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and money laundering are strictly prohibited. playtimeph reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and report suspicious activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. playtimeph operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and playtimeph. By creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and playtimeph.
2.3 playtimeph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the playtimeph Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and strictly enforced. playtimeph will request proof of age during the KYC verification process and reserves the right to suspend any Account where age eligibility is in question.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. playtimeph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to register.
3.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on playtimeph. If you have previously self-excluded and attempt to register, playtimeph will close your Account and return any deposited funds upon verification.
Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or eligibility is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law. playtimeph will report confirmed cases of fraudulent registration to the appropriate authorities.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on playtimeph. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. playtimeph is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. playtimeph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.4 KYC Verification. playtimeph is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
4.5 Account Currency. All Accounts on playtimeph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals.
playtimeph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within the processing time specified for each payment method. playtimeph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times are as follows:
playtimeph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to accounts registered in the same name as the playtimeph Account.
playtimeph is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity is strictly prohibited.
playtimeph does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.1 playtimeph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus credits expire at the end of the validity period.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. playtimeph employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, and exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.
6.4 Promotional Eligibility. playtimeph reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are available to Philippine residents only unless otherwise stated. playtimeph may withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.5 Withdrawal Order. When a withdrawal is requested, Real Money Balance is withdrawn before Bonus Balance. Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
7.1 Each game available on the playtimeph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms & Conditions shall prevail with respect to account management, payments, and conduct.
7.2 Random Number Generators. All non-live games on playtimeph use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that produce genuinely random outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure compliance with fair play standards.
7.3 Live Casino. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios with real dealers. Game outcomes are determined by physical means (cards, roulette wheels) and are not subject to software manipulation.
7.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, playtimeph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the players' Real Money Balances. playtimeph is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
7.5 Disconnection. playtimeph is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet disconnection on the player's side. It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection during gameplay.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the playtimeph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
playtimeph cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and Philippine law enforcement agencies. Any activity suspected to constitute a criminal offence will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.
9.1 All content on the playtimeph Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of playtimeph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 The playtimeph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of any playtimeph trademark is strictly prohibited.
10.1 playtimeph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at playtimeph.pro/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
10.2 By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
10.3 playtimeph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and playtimeph cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to the Platform.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, playtimeph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 playtimeph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 playtimeph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
13.1 playtimeph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.
13.2 Upon termination for cause, playtimeph may withhold any Bonus Balance and associated winnings. Real Money Balance will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to playtimeph, subject to completion of KYC verification and AML checks.
13.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting playtimeph customer support. Upon voluntary closure, your Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
13.4 Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. playtimeph will notify you by email before applying any dormancy policy to your Account.
14.1 playtimeph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
14.3 The version of these Terms & Conditions that was in effect at the time of any disputed transaction or event shall govern that dispute, unless the amended terms are more favorable to you.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and playtimeph, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. playtimeph is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.4 playtimeph operates within the regulatory framework of PAGCOR. Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with playtimeph may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
